A+E Architects designed 12 units of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom affordable rental housing for the Community Development Partnership, a non-profit organization the committed to providing affordable housing projects throughout the lower Cape. The project has been accepted into the Cape Light Compact's Green Homes initiative so that renewables and green building practices can be funded. The housing project is being designed to meet the USGBC's LEED for Homes standards GOLD rating and each building will have a 8.0 kW photovoltaic system, shared by all 3 units. Currently under construction.
