A+E Architects is pleased to offer design build as an option. Some advantages to design-build are: closer control of construction, faster transition from design phase to construction (bid documents aren't required) and more accurate cost estimation. Both principals have spent several years overseeing construction at a larger design-build firm.

Bob Evans has a great deal of experience with construction cost estimating and building practices so that he heads this division of A+E Architects Builders.
