A+E Architects designed a small cottage to replace the derelict one on the site. The cottage overlooks a small creek near Barnstable Harbor. A small screened in porch on the side provides outdoor area overlooking the creek. The proposed farmhouse style recalls the existing gabled cottage but provides a second floor.
