A+E Architects Inc has completed 2 phases of design for this historic Cape overlooking Nantucket Sound in Harwichport. In the first phase, a new kitchen, bluestone patio and pergola were added. The cedar pergola was left to weather so it would blend in with the cedar shingles of the home. Phase 2 is currently under construction and includes a guest bedroom and bath as well as a family room located to the west.
