daylighting: in commercial and office buildings, provide natural lighting to enhance personal workspaces and reduce electricity use. In all building provide natural lighting in all spaces.
thermal comfort: provide means of controlling thermal comfort such as programmable thermostats, operable windows, cross-ventilation, adequate insulation, radiant heating if possible
